Shredded coconut for your Caribbean Kiss

We absolutely love coconut in all its variations, for example, natural or dehydrated; and it doesn’t have to be shredded, it can also be sliced. It will add a special touch to your breakfast because it is also a food to take your time and chew over. It is packed full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It also contains lauric acid, which helps to reduce bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol.

Chia seeds, perfect for your breakfast with Mango Paradise

These seeds will not only add a contrast of colour to your morning smoothie, but they will also add great texture. This topping is a natural source of fibre, omega-3 fatty acids and contains many other nutrients such as protein, vitamins and minerals. Another great advantage is that it is very filling, which makes it the perfect breakfast topping. Due to its high fibre content, we recommend that you vary how much you eat of it and start with only about 25g, about two tablespoons.

Oats, a super cereal for your Raspberry Love

We love the combo of oats and banana because this cereal is highly beneficial, but it does have a very subtle flavour. If you want the oatmeal to be softer, we recommend leaving it in the fridge overnight with a little vegetable drink, for example, so that it absorbs the liquid and, in turn, releases starches. This will give it a creamier texture and make it a very complete breakfast without losing any of the sweetness of the natural fruit in our Raspberry Love.

Caramel, chocolate or even whipped cream for your shakes

Summer is for taking care of ourselves, but also for pampering ourselves and indulging in healthy treats, why not? If you wake up with a sweet tooth one day, why not try our shakes? And enjoying them cold makes them perfect for this time of the year. You can add cream to your Strawberry & White Chocolate and shavings or grated dark chocolate to your Cherry & Chocolate. Another good idea is to add cream and caramel syrup to complete your Banana & Salted Caramel, even coloured sprinkles to make it more fun. Finally, if you’ve taken note of all this you should know that any of these toppings are perfect for our Vanilla shake, it’s super versatile!
