ADDING A LOT OF SUGAR

Tips to make your smoothie a perfect smoothie

And it is so easy to have a smoothie rich in fruits when we don’t have time for more. 1. Dare to experiment

Don’t think it’s boring and don’t let it get monotonous.

If you get bored of always having the same smoothie, try different ones! The combinations are endless, the variety goes as far as your creativity. Imagine combining fruits, vegetables, nuts and all the properties of tea. In this post we would like to tell you about this original idea that you might like to give a go when making your smoothies, also known as smooteas. 😉

Raspberry Love: a blend of flavours

Our Raspberry Love smoothie combines several flavours. It is made for when you fancy something sweet, but not too sweet. This is achieved thanks to the raspberry, which, although its taste tends to be sweet and sour, can be eaten raw without being too bitter. This velvety fruit also gives it an exquisite aroma, which your sense of smell will love.

Blueberries are also another fruit you can find in our Raspberry Love. These berries, which belong to the forest fruits family, are dark blue in colour, which gives the smoothie its unique colour.
