As we grow up, we develop different tastes in food, our palate changes and we start to like foods that we may not have eaten before, and vice versa. When we were kids, we may have liked sweeter flavours, but now we like stronger flavours.

Strawberry – Strawberry Split

This fruit is a classic, and we believe it is a great favourite among children and adults alike. Luckily, we can enjoy it all year round thanks to our IQF system, we pick the strawberries, prepare them and flash freeze them, so they retain their nutritional properties and their flavour.

This smoothie includes strawberries, banana, papaya and cherry; so, if you are a big lover of this fruit… congratulations! You’ve found your perfect smoothie 😊

Banana – Acai Kick

Bananas, the so-called ‘fruit of love’, are also in many of our smoothies. It is a very versatile and thickening fruit, which makes for a fuller smoothie. So, if this is your favourite fruit, one of your perfect smoothie options may very well be our Acai Kick. In this fun smoothie, you’ll also find mango, acai (hence the name) and blueberry, which gives the smoothie its distinct colour.

The Acai Kick is a very filling smoothie that is also very rich in nutrients.

Mango – Mango Paradise

This paradise-flavoured smoothie contains not only mango, but also tropical flavours such as pineapple and passion fruit. This smoothie is perfect to recover your strength or to cool down on hot days. And no wonder there are so many lovers of this superfood, because the mango is one of the most nutritious and vitamin-packed fruits that mother nature has given us. Melon – Caribbean Kiss

Coconut – Tropi Colada

Drink this smoothie and feel like you’re on holiday. Coconut lovers will be amazed by the taste of the Tropi Colada, because it combines other delicious fruits such as pineapple or banana. And if you like Piña Colada drinks, you’re in luck, because our Tropi Colada smoothie is much healthier, alcohol-free and all natural ingredients. Without a doubt, this smoothie is one of our favourites. Pineapple – Green Machine

This fruit features in several of our smoothies, but the Green Machine is perfect for pineapple lovers and for the more adventurous. It combines spinach, celery, broccoli and also mango, an explosion of nutrients that makes this smoothie bring out the best in you.

If we think of summer fruits, pineapple, mango or papaya are probably the ones that spring to mind, due to their high water content. Even though bananas are not often associated with summer, they are perfect for this season. Their nutritional benefits are essential for these months due to the high energy consumption and the high temperatures we are exposed to. It will give you the energy boost you need to enjoy the summer with your batteries charged and in a great mood!

It is rich in protein, fibre, vitamin B6 and C, magnesium and potassium. Bananas may have a reputation for being too sugary, but don’t worry, because they’re good sugars! We also handle this fruit with extreme care, freezing it when it is perfectly ripe in order to keep its high levels of antioxidants, its high fibre content and avoiding excess sugar. If you love both the colour and taste of smoothies, you should try our Strawberry Split if you haven’t already. Just talking about it makes our mouths water! Bananas from Ecuador and straight into your smoothie

We have told you before where the bananas we use to make our smoothies come from: Ecuador. Specifically, they are grown, harvested and shipped from the province of Guayas. The country is one of the world’s largest exporters, with very large harvests and high quality bananas.

Did you know that Ecuador produces more than 500 varieties of bananas? We specifically use the Cavendish variety, which is one of the most popular and most loved varieties in the world. When it is perfect for picking, its colour tends to be soft yellow, and its texture is creamy and velvety. That’s why our smoothies are so delicious!

The bananas we use are also known as the ‘dessert banana’ and as well as their special sweetness, what makes them even more special is that they contain around 400 milligrams of potassium per 100 g. As we mentioned before, this nutrient is perfect for recovering the body after a long day, or to kick start it in the best way possible. You decide how and when to enjoy it!

Walnuts are a nut that easily goes with any fruit or vegetable, but if we had to choose one of our smoothies, we think the perfect partner is Green Machine. This is a very healthy smoothie with lots of vegetables (spinach, broccoli, celery) and fruits (banana, mango and pineapple) that create a perfect balance due to the great amount of vitamins and antioxidants in all of them. That’s why we think walnuts are the ideal addition, as all the ingredients blend perfectly together. Walnuts also boast endless health benefits, known throughout the world and considered to be the best nut:

  • They contain many plant-based omega-3 fatty acids.
